Charge for an app I already bought!

GPS Plus has some nice features but the app is trying to be more than it is. $30/year or $3.99/month is not worth it! Im frustrated as I already purchased this app and even helped provide feedback on numerous locations to help improve it. Now Im being asked to pay again even though when I bought it there was a one-time charge. Im sure there has been a lot of development time into this but seems to me like the developer is getting greedy!
