Great idea, poor implementation

I commute a long way for work, and I was really excited to find an app that will automatically track my commute times for me, no effort involved. Thats a great feature, and its easy to track which route is the fastest.

Unfortunately, implementation wise this app is rough. Its gotten better in recent versions, but its just not polished. It has a large impact on battery life. And after a few weeks of collecting data, switching to the "commute" tab usually crashes the app. If it stays open, its crazy slow, almost unusable.

But for an app thats almost unusable and still gets 3 stars? Thats how much I want this app to get better, because its an amazing idea, and one that I havent found a substitute for yet.
